|  | F.A.Q. How long before I can expect to receive my order?
We ship out 6 days a week, so if you get your order in before we make our postal run, your purchase will go out the same day. Otherwise, your order ships next day, excluding Sundays and holidays.
I want my necklace sets personalized for my bridesmaids.
We have various charms available for purchase that can be added to most items.
I don’t want to use a credit card. How can I pay?
You can email us to place your order, and we will send you a total. Then, you can send a money order or cashier’s check. We put a 5 day business hold on all money orders and cashier’s checks, due to the high fraudulent activity that accompanies accepting these types of payments. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
What are your shipping charges to USA and CANADA?
We have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.49 for all orders placed in the USA and CANADA.
Worldwide Shipping:
If you are located in any other country other than the USA and CANADA, shipping charges will be a flat rate of $27.99 for Priority Mail, which usually arrives in about 10 days. The $27.99 has a maximum item count of 5, if you are purchasing more than a quantity of 5 it will be actual shipping charges and you will need to email us. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees your country may have. If your country does not allow shipping of jewelry products then you will be refunded your money.
Can I have my purchase shipped to a different address?
Yes you can. Please email the order number and the address you want it shipped to. Also, include your phone number so we may contact you, if necessary.
I want to send this to someone as a gift.
We will gift wrap your purchase and you can have it shipped to anyone you choose. No invoice will be included with this. A card from you to the other person will be included and you can instruct us to put a small message in the card. Please include a phone number or email so we can contact you and find out what you want us to put in the card.
Special Order Items
Special order items may have a longer turnaround time. You will be notified as to how long and when you will receive your purchase. Also, if you order more than the quantity available, you will be notified that we will have to special order more, in these cases I will refund your shipping charge ( USA & CANADA ONLY). You will be notified of when they will be sent out to you (usually about a 7- 10 days, at most). We will happily refund your money if you don’t want them because of the short delay.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive your product and you changed your mind or just don’t like it, we will happily refund you your money minus the shipping charges. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your package. Contact us promptly, and we will inform you of the return process.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will exchange your item at our expense. We will also refund you up to $3.00 for your cost of shipping the damaged merchandise back to us.
