I do have a large inventory of jewelry in stock, and I am able to order nearly everything else you may need to complete your wedding. If you are wanting to have someone else do most of the worrying for you, then you came to the right place. You will get
personal service. I don’t want you to have to worry about getting everything at different places. I will do my best to make this your “one stop shop”. Customer Service is VERY important to me, and I will go out of my way for each individual customer, no matter how big or small the order is. I do have references available upon request, and I am licensed. Therefore, feel confident in the professionalism and service you will receive.

How long before I can expect to receive my order?
We ship out 4 days a week, so if you get your order in before we make our postal run, your purchase will go out the within 48 hours. Excluding Sundays and holidays.
I want my necklace sets personalized for my bridesmaids.
We have various charms available for purchase that can be added to most items.
I don’t want to use a credit card. How can I pay?
The checkout system used is paypal, which is very secure. You DO NOT need a paypal account to use our checkout system!! None of your financial information is disclosed to us at any point. You can also email us with your order and then we will send you an invoice that you can pay with money order or cashier's check. We do have to put a 5 day business hold on all money orders and cashier's check , due to the high fradulent activity that accompanies these types of payments. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
What are your shipping charges to USA and CANADA?
We have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 for all orders placed in the USA .
Worldwide Shipping:
If you are located in any other country other than the USA, shipping charges will be a flat rate of $27.99 for Priority Mail, which usually arrives in about 10 days. The $27.99 has a maximum item count of 5, if you are purchasing more than a quantity of 5 it will be actual shipping charges and you will need to email us. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees your country may have. If your country does not allow shipping of jewelry products then you will be refunded your money.
Can I have my purchase shipped to a different address?
Yes you can. Please email the order number and the address you want it shipped to. Also, include your phone number so we may contact you, if necessary.
I want to send this to someone as a gift.
We will gift wrap your purchase and you can have it shipped to anyone you choose. No invoice will be included with this. A card from you to the other person will be included and you can instruct us to put a small message in the card. Please include a phone number or email so we can contact you and find out what you want us to put in the card.
Special Order Items
Special order items may have a longer turnaround time. You will be notified as to how long and when you will receive your purchase. Also, if you order more than the quantity available, you will be notified that we will have to special order more, in these cases I will refund your shipping charge ( USA & CANADA ONLY). You will be notified of when they will be sent out to you (usually about a 7- 10 days, at most). We will
happily refund your money if you don’t want them because of the short delay.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive your product and you changed your mind or just don’t like it, we will happily refund you your money minus the shipping charges. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your package. Contact us promptly, and we will inform you of the return process.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will exchange your item at our expense.
